We will not share any information with a third party. Our website may include links to third-party websites. Clicking on those links  may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.

As part of our booking process for events and holidays we will take your name, home address, landline and/or mobile telephone number and e-mail address. When taking a payment we may also collect debit/credit card details but these are only held for the purpose of processing the transaction, after which such details are securely destroyed.

When signing up for our membership we will take your name, email, address, telephone number, dog name and breed. When activating your Membership and contacting us you should use the same email address. 

We use your e-mail or home address to send confirmation of your booking, your welcome box if you are joining as a Member, receipts for payment, arrival details, walk details and other information you may find useful. We may use your mobile telephone number if we need to contact you concerning arrival details or for a specific reason during your stay or event with us, for example if our event is cancelled or postponed. This will normally be by text or What's App message unless the reason for our call is more urgent. We may use your landline telephone number if we do not have a mobile telephone number or e-mail address.

If you subscribe to our blog we will collect your email address and use this to automatically send you our weekly blog roundup. If you wish to be removed from this mailing you may do so via the link.

From time to time we may wish to send via e-mail details about our events, your Membership, special offers etc. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, or your details that we hold are incorrect, please e-mail with your request and we will ensure that our records are updated.
